1. How can we have a safe community?

2. Who are those who participate in the guarantee of public safety?

Writing 

1. Write a list of actions that can make our public community safe and other actions that make our community unsafe. 

Ex: drinking alcohol

2. Conditional Sentences with “If” 

Write sentences with the above list using conditional If and will. Introduce causes and effects in sentences

Ex: If I drink alcohol, I will get drunk. 

 I will get pregnant if my boyfriend doesn’t use condom.

  3.Public Safety Skits 

Prepare and present a simple skit relating to the issue. 

Issues should be related to public safety issues in the students’ communities. 

 Ex: Drinking alcohol, speeding on motorcycles, walking around at night, drunk driving, pick pocketing, etc


4.Read, Analyze and Revise your writing by correcting the following:

  • Correct sentence errors. 
  • Cut unnecessary words and repetition.
  • Check for sentence  variety.
  • Correct spelling and usage errors.

5. Read and share your Skits  in class.
